A bold new addition to the urban skyline, the Cyber Offices building arrives with a distinctive identity—a modern workspace wrapped in an earthy, protective skin. Designed to reflect both technological advancement and environmental sensitivity, the project introduces a striking architectural character through the use of rammed earth walls, which play a central role in both performance and expression.
These thick, tactile walls act as natural insulators, shielding the interior from direct heat and reducing energy loads. More than just a thermal buffer, the rammed earth gives the building a grounded, timeless aesthetic—a contrast to the sleek glass and steel often associated with cyber-related industries. It’s a design choice that celebrates material honesty, sustainability, and resilience.
Behind this natural façade, the internal layout is highly functional, with an efficient plan that prioritizes flexibility, circulation,
and ease of use. The floorplates are organized to support a variety of work styles—from focused individual tasks to collaborative tech hubs—making it a truly adaptive office environment for the digital age.
The façades are carefully composed to balance solidity with light, integrating large glazed openings in strategic locations to frame views, welcome daylight, and maintain strong interior comfort levels. The play between the raw texture of the earth walls and the crisp, contemporary detailing of the openings creates a visually dynamic and memorable exterior.
