An Urban Mall Redefining Retail and Public Space
This urban mall introduces a fresh, vibrant retail experience that seamlessly blends indoor comfort with dynamic outdoor energy. At its core is an outdoor spine—a lively pedestrian promenade that anchors the project and evokes the spirit of a traditional market street, reimagined for a modern urban context.
Designed with a distinctive architectural language, the mall features bold and expressive façade treatments that not only enhance its visual identity but also establish it as a new architectural landmark within the city. The façade elements respond to the scale of the street, integrating shading devices, textures, and lighting that animate the structure both day and night.
One of the defining features of the development is the main central plaza, a generous open space that acts as a connective hub between the two main components of the mall.
More than a circulation node, this plaza is envisioned as a vibrant event space—capable of hosting markets, performances, public gatherings, seasonal festivities, and cultural activities throughout the year.
The design promotes permeability and accessibility, inviting people from all surrounding neighborhoods and transit networks into a shared urban space that encourages movement, exploration, and social engagement. Retail and dining terraces spill into the spine, activating the promenade and extending the user experience outdoors.
By merging commercial function with civic value, the project becomes more than a mall—it becomes a community destination, a place that brings people together, celebrates urban life, and contributes a unique new layer to the city’s evolving identity.
